We were delighted to welcome The Right Reverend Anderson Jeremiah to St. John’s Church, where he conducted the Holy Eucharist with Baptism, Confirmation, and First Holy Communion Service. It was a truly special occasion for our school community.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the following pupils who took this important step in their spiritual journey: Ela, Emmanuel, Natalie, Presley, Vinny, and Zenios. It was a joy to witness them share in the sacraments of the church, surrounded by their families, sponsors, and the wider St. John’s School community.

Throughout this half-term, we have explored the meaning of the Eucharist during Collective Worship. In addition, Mother Mitzi has led special preparation classes, helping these children deepen their understanding of Christianity and what it means to receive Holy Communion or Confirmation.
We are so grateful to Mother Mitzi for her support and guidance, and it has been a pleasure working alongside her during this time. The service was a beautiful and memorable event, and we are incredibly proud of our pupils for their commitment and faith.
