At St John’s, we believe that wearing our school uniform helps children to feel part of our community and take pride in belonging to our school. A smart, consistent appearance encourages a sense of equality and readiness to learn.
Our uniform is practical, comfortable and designed to reflect the values of our school. We ask that all pupils wear the correct uniform every day, and that all items are clearly labelled with your child’s name.
All logo items, including the jumper, tie, PE kit, PE bag, book bag, baseball cap and water bottle, can be purchased from:
Smiths Schoolwear

General uniform items (those without our logo) can also be purchased from major supermarkets and retailers.
Our full uniform list for boys and girls can be found in the School Uniform Guide below.
Please ensure that your child’s shoes are plain black (no trainers or boots), and that long hair is tied back with hairbands or clips in school colours — blue, black, or white. Jewellery should not be worn, other than small stud earrings.
PE is an important part of school life, and we ask that pupils wear their full PE kit on PE days. For health and safety reasons, children must remove jewellery before PE lessons.

Our youngest pupils have a slightly adapted uniform to support independence and comfort during active play. This is highlighted in the School Uniform Guide.
All uniform items must be clearly labelled with your child’s full name. This helps us to return any lost items quickly. Unnamed items are kept in lost property until the end of each term.
