This achievement follows on from the team’s earlier success as Middlesex County Small Schools’ Cup Champions, where they represented Enfield with distinction and earned the right to progress to the next stage. Competing against the strongest teams from across the South‑East, our pupils once again demonstrated outstanding teamwork, resilience and footballing ability on a truly memorable stage.

Playing in this competition was an unforgettable experience for the players. Against high-quality opposition, the standard of football was extremely competitive, with every match demanding focus, skill and determination. Our team rose to the challenge superbly, producing confident performances and showing great composure throughout the tournament.

After a series of closely fought games, the team were crowned runners‑up in the South‑East Regional Competition—a remarkable achievement in itself. Crucially, this result also secured them qualification for the National Finals, placing them among the very best small schools football teams in the country. The team will be travelling to Stoke City Football Club!

This incredible success is a huge credit to the players, whose commitment, discipline and attitude have been exemplary throughout the competition. The team have represented the school superbly, both on and off the pitch, and should be immensely proud of what they have achieved.
