Bubble Church Visit

This week we were delighted to welcome Bubble Church from the Parish of Clay Hill into school for a very special collective worship session – and what a joy it was!

From the moment our countdown timer for worship began, the children were captivated and ready to join in. We learned lots of new songs, joined in wholeheartedly, and even worked together to create a collective prayer of thanks. There were plenty of giggles when the puppets came to meet us, and a real buzz of excitement as everyone in Ruby and Sapphire joined together. The children were thrilled to move the furniture out of the way and reveal the black show curtain, transforming our space into something magical.

We are proud to be part of St John & St Luke’s Parish of Clay Hill, where children and families are warmly welcomed to take part in worship and community life together. On the first Sunday of each month at 9.00am, the parish hosts Bubble Church at St Luke’s, a fun and friendly Sunday church service especially for babies, toddlers and young families with puppets, singing, stories and coffee or croissants for everyone who comes along from 8.45am.

Many of our families enjoy attending Bubble Church on the weekend as a way to continue their worship and take part in parish life outside of school. It’s a lovely way to sing, pray and laugh together in church as a community. Thank you so much, Mother Mitzi, and the Bubble Church team, for such a special visit. We loved it and hope to welcome you back again soon!
