Sapphire Church visit

On Friday the 9th February, Sapphire class paid a visit to St John’s Church to learn all about John the Baptist and how he baptised Jesus in the river Jordon. The children acted out using popping wrapping sheets.

Mother Mitzi explained how people of different ages get baptised at the church to mark the start of their journey as Christians.

The children were involved in playing the different roles of attendees to the Baptism ceremony.
