Debate competition

This Wednesday, accompanied by Miss. Chebbi and Miss. Anderson, our debate team represented us at St. Michael's school in an ETSP (Enfield Townie Schools Partnership) competition.

The judges’ feedback

“CONGRATULATIONS to you and your debating teams for a terrific competition this afternoon! The judges were very impressed with the quality of all the debates. You received terrific feedback on your St John’s teams including: team 1 – the children clearly understood the issues involved, excellent arguments and a good conclusion. Team 2 – good opening statement and a well- reasoned closing speech.”
