Our dedicated staff team give their time to organise a wide range of extracurricular activities, either before or after school. These clubs provide children with exciting opportunities beyond the classroom and support their fitness, wellbeing and personal interests.

How Clubs Work

Clubs run all year round and take place after school from Monday to Thursday.

A wide variety of clubs are offered for all ages, with many focusing on active and healthy lifestyles.

Most sessions run from 3:10pm to 4:00pm.
The exception is Tag Rugby, which takes place on Friday mornings at 8:00am.

Please note: we cannot accommodate parents collecting children part-way through sessions, as this causes disruption and requires additional staffing. If your child has an appointment, please arrange to collect them at the normal home time instead.

Cost and Booking

• Clubs are £4 per session.

• To apply for a place, please email the school office: office@stjohnsprimarysch.org.uk. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If successful, the club fee will be added to your ParentPay account.

Additional Information

• Clubs run whatever the weather – if outdoor activities cannot take place, children will enjoy games and activities indoors.

• Please ensure children are collected promptly at 4:00pm (or on time for morning Rugby).

• Please remember to pack a healthy snack to enjoy before or after their club.
